The Gingers created physical events with the guest experience firmly at the center. Design is used to help inform behavioral cues, invite new ones, and encourage psychological safety to open people up in a beautiful way. The playful, thoughtful, and confident spirit of The Gingers brand signaled to clients that their guests would be well taken care of.

As co-founder and creative director, I created internal branding including uniforms, client and seasonal gifts, interior design of the office space and presentation templates. I was also responsible for all visual and aesthetic touchpoints for all our events, including everything from the guest communications to signage to physical decor and layout to guest gifts.
