Rising Tide has been in the Glen Cove, NY community since 1976 and their business is booming. To meet demand, they are expanding to a new store with 4x the footprint of their current store. We were tasked with bringing this well-loved brand to the modern day by refreshing the secondary brand through store graphics & signage to match the stunning exterior store design created by architect Evan Yan. The owners requested we keep their current logo and bright, poppy color palette, while avoiding the typical reclaimed wood and chalkboard signs that have been overused by their natural market competitors. We met the challenge by using wood in a new way.
